Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate will provide data entry assistance for the team by recording attendance, absences, and phone call sessions into the county database
  • Assists program management with reconciliation of data; candidate should possess ability to catch mistakes before issues become a bigger problem
  • Candidate serves as a liaison between clinician and HealthRight360 electronic medical record team to resolve data discrepancies
  • Candidate will attend weekly program meetings and bi-monthly county meetings
  • Manages and directs client traffic in the reception area while providing a sense of the AARS welcoming culture
  • Provides general administrative support to all staff

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Availability: Office hours are Monday and Friday 9am - 6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am - 8pm.  Ability to work  from 11am - 8pm two days per week required (3 days a plus).
Submit record of  recent (within the past year) proof of negative TB test. 
Submit record of health screening within 30 days from employment.
Computer Literacy: skilled computer-based work tasks; uses technology to enhance job performance. Experience with electronic health records (Unicare, Welligent) a plus.
