Residential Treatment Services

A Program of North County Serenity House

North County Serenity House provides comprehensive residential treatment for women and women with children to recover from substance use disorders.

We operate a residential facility that serves up to 120 women (with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age) seeking recovery from substance use disorders. We offer gender responsive, trauma informed, person-centered services and evidence based interventions, including withdrawal management services. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary. We are funded through the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency and Specialized Treatment for Optimized Programming (STOP). North County Serenity House is also a proud partner of Live Well San Diego.
