Dr. Vitka Eisen - CEO

Vitka Eisen

Dr. Eisen has over 24 years of experience in the human services field, and a lifelong commitment to supporting people and communities struggling with addiction and incarceration. In her 20-year employment history with Walden House, she served in several capacities before being named Chief Executive Officer in January of 2010. She was instrumental in the Haight Ashbury Free Clinics - Walden House merger and the subsequent HealthRIGHT 360 rebranding.  Dr. Eisen was named CEO of the merged entity on July 1, 2011.  Dr. Eisen is a Walden House graduate, “Class of `87.” She received her M.S.W. from San Francisco State University, and her Doctorate in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

David Crawford - CFO

David Crawford

Mr. Crawford oversees Financial Planning and Reporting, Human Resources, Food Services, and Facilities. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan with a focus on Finance and Cost Accounting, and a B.A. in Economics from U.C. Berkeley. He joined HealthRIGHT 360 in 2007 after serving as CFO at various Silicon Valley start-ups.

Jegan Anandasakaran - CIO

Jegan Anandasakaran

Mr. Anandasakaran directs and manages all Information Technology systems, including the design, implementation and administration of electronic health records, land line and cell phone systems, client tracking and reporting, fiscal billing and allocation reports.  Known as a problem solver, he has been recognized by Microsoft as an Early Achiever MCSE and holds a B.A. from U.C. Davis.   He has been with HealthRIGHT 360 since 2004 and also holds CNE status with Novell.

Wayne Garcia - Vice President of Programs


Wayne Garcia, the Vice President of Programs for HealthRIGHT 360, administers and directs all clinical behavioral health programs which includes the in-custody and community-based programs in Northern, Central, and Southern California. He is an active member of the senior leadership team, managing over 40 distinct programs statewide and approximately 400 staff members. He has held several positions of increasing authority since joining the staff of HR 360 (then Walden House) in 1996. Mr. Garcia is an Addiction Specialist, Registered and a National Certified Addiction Counselor, and is a proud Walden House graduate and success story, having completed treatment in 1995. In 2014, Mr. Garcia was awarded the Latino Heritage Award for Community Wellness from the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. 

Dr. Mardell Gavriel - Vice President, Mental Health Services

Mardell Gavriel

A California licensed psychologist who has developed and directed clinical programs at Walden House since 1997, Dr. Gavriel has been instrumental in the implementation of evidence-based practices at HealthRIGHT 360. She earned a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an M.A. in Speech Communications from Northeastern Illinois University, and a B.A. in Jewish Studies from Spertus College.

Demetrius Andreas - Vice President, Community Reentry Services


Mr. Andreas oversees the Substance Abuse Services Coordination Agency (SASCA) for Region III (Los Angeles County). He began working for Walden House in 1988.  Mr. Andreas is a Certified Clinical Supervisor and has received the Conrad B. Reish award and Director's Distinguished Service award from the Secretary of  the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Michelle Hudson - Vice President of Development and Communications

Michelle Hudson

Ms. Hudson oversees the Development Department, heading all fundraising, marketing, communications and grant writing. She joined Walden House in 2004, originally working as head of Human Resources, coming from a background in HR for high-tech and non-profit organizations. Ms. Hudson has a B.S. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Denise Williams - Vice President of Contracts & Compliance


Ms. Williams oversees Quality Assurance, CQI,  Licensing & Certification, and serves as HealthRIGHT 360's HIPPA Privacy Officer. Previous to her current position, she provided program oversight, quality service, and  staff development within the San Francisco system of public health services.  Ms. Williams holds a B.A. in Human Development from CSU - East Bay, and is currently attending National University, pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Behavior with a focus on Organizational Change.

Jack Cheng - Vice President of Healthcare Services

Jack Cheng is the Vice President of Healthcare Services and oversees the operations of the two health centers as well as leading the clinics EMR/EHR implementation and expansion in the Southern California region. Jack began working at HealthRIGHT 360  first as a volunteer then later as a medical fiscal analyst and Healthcare Systems Manager. Jack received his BA from the University of Kansas in Political Science/Public Policy and a BS from California State University - East Bay in Medical Microbiology and is currently involved with the Clinic Leadership Institute’s Emerging Leaders program with Blue Shield and UCSF.

Tony Duong - Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Duong is responsible for developing new and expanded business opportunities for HealthRIGHT 360. He holds a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, both from Golden Gate University, and he has over ten years of experience in behavioral health and primary care nonprofit administration. Prior to joining HealthRIGHT 360, Mr. Duong was Interim Executive Director for Asian American Recovery Services and held various key positions within the organization.

Sarah Schoenberger - Managing Director of Clinical Services

Sarah Schoenberger

Ms. Schoenberger oversees many of the re-entry, residential, outpatient and day treatment programs throughout San Francisco.  Additionally she is responsible for overseeing the mandatory and elective training for the entire agency as well as the  Resource Center for clients, which includes employment, housing and education services.   Holding several positions since joining HealthRIGHT 360 in 2002, she took her current post in 2013. Ms. Schoenberger has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a B.A. in Applied Psychology from Pace University.

Leo D'Agostino - Director of Human Resources


Mr. D’Agostino oversees the Human Resources Department, heading all recruiting, hiring, employee benefits, and employee relations for the agency. He joined Walden House’s Human Resources team in 2007 and has held multiple positions within the department. Mr. D’Agostino has a B.A. in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Lauren Cimino - Grants Director

Lauren Cimino

Ms. Cimino is responsible for identifying and pursuing government and foundation grant opportunities that will further the mission of HealthRIGHT 360. She joined Walden House as a Human Resources Manager in 2006, and transitioned to Grants in 2008. She holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Oregon, and a B.A. in English from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Scott Collier - Director of Research and Evaluation


Dr. Scott Collier is a social worker and gerontologist. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Scott has worked for more than 5 years in program evaluation, outcomes, and grant writing. As the Director of Research and Evaluation, he oversees the agency’s longitudinal study of client outcomes and helps facilitate the use of data to inform practice. Scott also holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and has experience evaluating programs geared toward Kinship, foster care, transitional care, and organizational learning. Scott began with HealthRIGHT360 in 2012.

Dr. Ako Jacintho - Medical Director


Dr. Ako Jacintho joined HealthRight 360 after 11 years of private practice in Berkeley. He is a physician licensed in the specialty of Family Medicine, and he completed his medical residency training at the UCSF/SFGH Family Medicine Residency Program in San Francisco. He originates from the east coast, where he completed is initial studies in Chemical Engineering from Brown University, and earned a Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Jacintho has a long history of commitment to serving the underserved in urban areas, and has travelled extensively practicing medicine in rural places in South America and Africa. He studied and became fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese to lend his practice of medicine to a broader population. He has extensive experience and interest in treating patients with HIV, Hep C, mental health disorders, substance use disorders and chronic pain management.

Jeff Schindler - Director of Advancement

Jeff Schindler

A graduate of San Francisco State University, Mr. Schindler has over twenty-five years of non-profit experience. He joined the HealthRIGHT 360 family in 2008. Prior to fundraising and development, Mr. Schindler worked for over 10 years in program director positions, overseeing social services for elders, teen mothers and their children, and teens living in the foster care system.  Mr. Schindler is responsible for the cultivation and stewardship of major gifts, develops communications with elected and government officials,  provides executive consultancy to the CEO, and is the staff liaison to the Board of Directors.
