Lauren McArdle

Grants Director

Lauren McArdle is responsible for identifying and pursuing government and foundation grant opportunities that will further the mission of HealthRIGHT 360.

Lauren joined Walden House as a Human Resources Manager in 2006, and transitioned to Grants in 2008. She holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Oregon, and a B.A. in English from the University of Southern California.

Amy Carlton

Director of Individual Giving

Amy Carlton joined Prototypes in 2015 and oversees fundraising initiatives for the organization. Before joining Prototypes, she served for seven years as Associate Director of Development and Director of Prospect Research & Management at Whittier College. Amy has an extensive nonprofit background, serving in various capacities within development including major gifts, prospect research, special events, database administration and capital campaigns. Amy demonstrated her expertise with highly successful campaigns in her previous positions at Pacific Symphony, the Aquarium of the Pacific and the East Bay SPCA. She studied business administration at the University of California, Berkeley, and brings a creative approach to fundraising initiatives, with wide-ranging experience developing strong relations with donors.

Dylan Grattidge

Managing Director of Network Operations

Dylan and the Network Operations team manage HR360’s information technology infrastructure and are responsible for all hardware, software and telecommunications projects for the agency.

In 2015, Dylan joined Prototypes as the agency’s Director of Information Technology, and began leading the Network Operations team after the merger with HR360 in 2016.   Prior to joining Prototypes and HR360, Dylan worked in IT leadership capacities for Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles and CHIME Charter Institute, bringing a decade of experience in non-profit IT operations.  Dylan has earned a BS in Information Systems and an MBA from California State University Northridge, and has professional certifications in project management (PMP) and Cisco network security (CCNA Security).

Lauren Kahn

Director of Public Affairs and Policy

Lauren Kahn is responsible for furthering the agency’s mission through government relations, policy analysis, and advocacy. 

Lauren has over ten years of experience in healthcare and has held positions in the private, government, and non-profit sectors including multiple positions within HealthRIGHT 360 since she started at the agency in 2007 as a direct service provider. A native San Franciscan, Lauren earned a master’s degree in public administration from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in Italian studies from Trinity College, Hartford, CT. 

Mary Larson

Director of Events & In-Kind Giving

Mary Larson directs and oversees all agency events, from the signature fundraising gala, “Black Tie and Tie Dye” and the “Be-The-Change Breakfast,” to the northern and southern California program graduations “Celebrations of Achievement.”  She is credited with generating millions of dollars of gift-in-kind donations annually and represents HealthRIGHT 360 to the corporate community in securing products, furnishings, food and clothing.

Originally from New Orleans, Mary’s background is in international trade and logistics. Mary joined HealthRIGHT 360’s staff in 2007 and is a proud Walden House graduate and success story.

Amy Lessler

Marketing & Communications Manager

Amy is responsible for marketing and communications for HealthRIGHT 360. She joined the agency as Lyon-Martin’s Development Associate in January 2013. Previously, Amy worked at several non-profits and was a personal trainer. She has always had an interest in health, the LGBT community, and promoting equality and accessibility. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Communication from American University, Washington, DC.

Britt Miazgowicz

Director of Grants Management

Britt Miazgowicz oversees the planning, organizing and managing of all grant development functions of the organization. The grants department seeks out funding opportunities to ensure the long-term viability of programs, and works with staff at all levels of the agency to ensure programs are designed to serve the needs of our clients.

Previous to her current position, she worked as Special Assistant to Dr. Vitka Eisen. Ms. Miazgowicz holds a Master's Degree in Art History from the University of Miami, and prior to her work at HealthRIGHT 360 she was the Assistant Director of the Bernice Steinbaum Gallery in Miami, Florida. 

Henry Minn

Director of Travel and Special Projects

Henry Minn is the Director of Travel and Special Projects. He brings over three decades of travel industry operations and systems management experience working with both Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. A problem solver, Henry is known for his responsiveness, sophistication in handling any travel itinerary – big or small - and quickly pivoting when unexpected travel challenges occur. His knowledge of “the tricks of the trade” have minimized travel costs and earned the confidence and respect of his peers.


Daniel Montgomery

Director of Facility Operations

Dan oversees and Maintains all operations and Maintenance issues with HealthRIGHT 360 Facilities. Dan is a proud Walden House graduate and a great success story completing treatment over 25 years ago. 

Jordin Montgomery

Managing director of EMR and IT Business Operations

Jordin and his team oversee all aspects of HR360’s behavioral health electronic health records systems including configuration, contractual data reporting, collection, training, and support.

Before joining HR360, Jordin taught secondary school in Hong Kong as well as worked on several HIV prevention grants in Southern California.

Jordin holds a BS in History/Social Studies from Pacific Union College and an MA in Asia Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco.

Jeff Schindler

Director of Advancement

Jeff Schindler has a leadership role in the current capital campaign to build a new HealthRIGHT 360 integrated healthcare center in San Francisco.

A graduate of San Francisco State University, Jeff has over twenty-five years of non-profit experience. He joined the HealthRIGHT 360 family in 2008. Prior to fundraising and development, Jeff worked for over 10 years in program director positions, overseeing social services for elders, teen mothers and their children, and teens living in the foster care system. Jeff is responsible for the cultivation and stewardship of major gifts, develops communications with elected and government officials, provides executive consultancy to the CEO, and is the staff liaison to the Board of Directors.

Michelle Seidman

Director of Executive Affairs and Headquarters Operations

Michelle provides administrative and operational support to the CEO and serves as the liaison between the CEO and other internal departments, board members, community members, and key stakeholders. She also oversees the operations of the our new Integrated Care Center.

Michelle joined HealthRIGHT 360 in October 2013 as the Education and Training Coordinator, and later became the Special Assistant to the CEO before moving into her current role.  Michelle received her BA from Wheaton College, Massachusetts in Anthropology.  Prior to working at HealthRIGHT 360, Michelle provided early literacy intervention to elementary school children in East Oakland.

Wyatt Woo

Transportation Manager

Wyatt Woo is responsible for 60 healthRIGHT360 vehicles, buying, leasing, maintenance, insurance, clearing driver’s to drive and for the Annual CHP Terminal Inspection. He makes sure client’s, food, furniture, donations, mail and other items are picked-up and delivered to our facilities. Wyatt has been working at HealthRIGHT 360 since 1995. He is proud to have been in recovery for 25 years.
