Previous office experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputs HR data into the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) timely, ensuring accuracy
  • Creates, maintains and updates personnel records
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages
  • And, other duties as assigned.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses a "roll up your sleeves" attitude; enjoys working on independent and team-oriented assignments
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Displays professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
Compensation: $16.00
Type: Hourly/ Non-exempt
