Supervisory Responsibilities: Support the Street Outreach Manger and Crisis Response Manger to supervise a diverse team of SFSVIP Coordinators, Street Outreach Workers/ Crisis Responders. Activities include but are not limited to, hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating. Ensures staffs are familiar with SFSVIP and HealthRIGHT 360 policies, procedures, and practices.
Outreach and Program Management Responsibilities: Coordinates and plans all SFSVIP data systems and data collection efforts. Ensures that data collection efforts are targeted and successful. Participates in long term and short term program development and planning. Assist in program adjustments and project evaluation efforts, including the development and refinement of program quality standards, outcome indicators, performance measures, and other continuous improvement tools.
Program Development Responsibilities: Promote relationship building among Criminal Justice Partners (SFPD, SF DA’s Office, SF APD, SF JPD, etc). Identify, evaluate, and analyze issues and problems relating to criminal justice trends and present informed recommendations, develop and implement solutions.
Administration and Compliance: Monitor program data collection and staff compliance to ensure quality and accuracy of SFSVIP work outcomes. Must be available after hours and on weekends to respond to emergencies, outstanding crisis or events.
