Key Responsibilities

  • Must be certified or in the process of becoming certified
  • Must be able to navigate computer systems
  • Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends
  • Must be patient and willing to think outside of the box
  • Must have some experience working with criminal justice populations
  • Must know how to roll with resistant clients
  • Must be able to effectively coach clients for successful reentry back into the community
  • Must be knowledgeable about the group process and able to teach curriculum
  • Must have insight into the struggle of clients suffering from mental health and SUD issues
  • Must be a team player who is a self starter and takes the initiative

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a residential program
  • Certified or in the process of becoming certified
  • Able to learn new and up to date documentation practices
  • Flexible with shifts
  • Knowledgeable with computer systems
  • Some college experience
  • Can not be on parole or probation
  • Must be able to pass a background clearance
Compensation: $14.42-$16.82
Type: Hourly/ Non-exempt
