Interested in working in a fast paced non-judgemental environment to meet the needs of patients in an integrated primary care, behavioral, and oral healthcare? In this integrated model, call center agents focus on creating access to these vital resources to patients, as well as linking patients to services throughout the HealthRIGHT360 organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and creates appointment access to medical, dental, and behavioral services for safethy net patients
  • creates warm and inviting experience for patients calling to access services
  • displays excellent customer service and empathy
  • collects insurance information, and verifies eligibility for services
  • Answers incoming calls, and completes robust confirmation calls for services throughout the clinics

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service
  • bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
