The ideal candidate has the ability to handle sensitive information in a condifential manner and has experience working with substance abuse, mental health, and the criminal justice population. In this position you will learn how to effectively monitor and store client medications, develop clinical skills, and gain experience managing sensitive situations and crisis intervention. NCSH operates a residential facility that serves up to 120 women (with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age) seeking recovery from substance use disorders. We offer gender responsive, trauma informed, person-centered services and evidence based interventions. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary.
