Join a dynamic, recovery-focused team supporting youth and adults in San Mateo County who are struggling with substance use disorder. The Pioneer Court Outpatient program offers weekly recovery groups, providing skills which support relapse prevention, establishing and maintaining healthy relationships, and promoting overall wellness. In addition to groups, the program offers one-on-one alcohol and drug counseling and psychotherapy services with the goal of serving our clients wherever they are on their recovery journeys.
Care Coordinators are an essential part of the Outpatient Program. From the time clients enter the program, counselors/care coordinators support in assessing client’s needs and strengths, collaborating with clients in treatment planning, and engaging clients in the process of supporting their health and recovery. They provide individual and group counseling to adults and youth and deliver curricula in accordance with program specific requirements. Care Coordinators also assist clients in navigating systems of care and accessing resources, while providing a supportive treatment environment.
