The Roads to Recovery Case Manager is responsible for a caseload of men in a gender responsive treatment program at the San Francisco County Jail. In conjunction with staff team, develops a treatment plan focused on recovery from substance abuse and other issues that could prevent clients leading a clean, sober and crime free life (i.e. life skills, health/mental health problems, educational/vocational challenges, etc.). Facilitates groups, classes and one to one counseling sessions. Utilizes both internal and community resources available for these clients. Goal is to transfer these clients to Aftercare or another treatment program after release from jail.
