Job overview:
Are you interested in working for a historic, gender responsive and trauma informed program that improves the quality of life for the women in our care? Do you believe in individualizing each participants’ treatment based on their needs and what works best for them? Are you ready to lead a team of compassionate, hardworking, and mission driven care providers? If so, the Clinical Program Manager position could be a great fit for you.
At our North County Serenity House (NCSH) OP program, we use evidence-based and best practices that recognize and account for the role that trauma frequently plays in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary. NCSH Outpatient offers outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment to women and pregnant or parenting female teenagers. We believe in meeting the needs of each individual and providing them with the care they need to establish a support system, healthy coping skills, and tools to improve the overall health and quality of their life.
