Clinical Team Leader

Job Overview

Do your possess training and certification in various Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) treatment models? Are you passionate about helping children and families achieve family wellness?  Do you have experience working with this population and understand the challenges that families face? Prototypes, a program of Healthright 360, is currently looking for a PEI Clinical Team Leader. The ideal candidate has training and experience providing EBPs to children and families, as well as is accustomed to working as a part of a collaborative team within a DMH setting. This candidate possesses excellent  skills in Organization, Time Management, and Documentation.  Additionally, this candidate will be knowledgeable about children and families, as well as the systems that surround them. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management Assistance: Support sustainable internal practices for PEI service delivery, which enhance fidelity to EBP models utilized.
  • Maintain organized tracking and reporting on EBP services, including interfacing with DMH.
  • Direct Services: Provide direct therapeutic and CM services to clients/families, including providing services where the client lives and/or attends school.
  • Provide referral/linkage and parenting services to parents/caregivers of assigned clients.
  • Serve as care coordinator for clients as assigned. Responsibilities include coordination of all services with other providers and completion of all coordinated care documentation.
  • Assist client in developing coping skills to promote achievement of developmentally appropriate milestones.
  • Co-facilitate and lead psycho-social treatment groups.
  • Complete DMH documentation
  • Assist in crisis and symptom management.
  • Office and field-based services.
  • Treatment Oversight: Maintain staffing of graduate-level, clinical students throughout academic year.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Licensed: MSW, MFT, Psy.D., Ph.D or related field
  • Training and/or certification in some or all of the following EBPs: CPP, IPT, MAP, TF-CBT
  • Must complete HIPAA training
  • Must be able to pass background/criminal check.
  • Valid CA Driver License and  Valid CA Automobile Insurance.
  • Preferred Knowledge Includes: Trauma-Informed care, 0-5 years old, Nonviolent Parenting & Education
  • Spanish Speaking strongly preferred
