The Contracts Department at HealthRIGHT 360 is looking for someone with outstanding reading comprehension abilities, who enjoys taking mass information and organizing it into manageable systems, and who can synthesize bureaucratic jargon into concise, simplified language. The wealth of services that HR360 provides are detailed in each of our service contracts; the Contracts Assistant (CA) will ensure that this information is easily accessible, accurate, and up to date. The Contracts Department at HealthRIGHT 360 is looking to grow our team! Just the past year, HR360 has directly served over 40,000 individuals, in 13 counties statewide, delivering cost-efficient, effective, compassionate healthcare that maximized services and impact in our communities. The wealth of services that HR360 provides are detailed in each of our service contracts – this is where the Contracts Department comes in! The Contracts Assistant (CA) will assist in the management of our agency’s grants and contracts database. The core responsibility of this position will be to work closely with the Contracts Manager (CM) to update and maintain the contracts database and tracking system, to ensure that information is accurate, accessible, and easily searchable. This role provides pivotal information and support to those providing direct services to our programs. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity (with room to grow) for those looking to explore the nonprofit or healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, update, and maintain accuracy of the organization’s contracts internal database and cloud-based contract management system.
  • Electronically file and tag all contract documents into a searchable format, to easily locate relevant information.
  • Process and track contracts, amendments, and legal agreements; enter contract data and processing information in the contracts database and contract management system.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization’s contract templates and assists with form completion.
  • Assist CM in development of automated system to ensure regular updates to contract tracking forms & templates.
  • Assist CM with internal and external meeting preparation/meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and deliver contract data to other departments as needed.
  • Complete any necessary administrative tasks for contracts department.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant work experience.
