Job Overview
HealthRIGHT 360 is a non-profit healthcare organization with programs throughout California. Across its many programs, HR360 provides a wide range of medical, mental, educational, and enabling health services to address the needs of its community across the lifespan. This includes primary and urgent care, dental care, substance use disorder treatment including detox, residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatric and behavioral health care, prevention, re-entry, case management and support for social determinants of health, and care coordination. HR360 programs serve populations including individuals experiencing homelessness, people of color, the LGBTQ community, ex-offenders, mental illness, and substance using individuals. May be required to work nights and weekends.
In conjunction with the Chief Healthcare Officer (CHO) is responsible for providing clinical leadership, fostering superior quality patient care, developing and advancing clinical strategic goals and direction, and provide for the recruitment and retention, credentialing and privileging of the medical staff at HealthRight360 (HR360). Provides direct supervision for Isolation and Quarantine Hotel, as well as leadership for clinic and behavioral health medical services and addiction medicine. Works cooperatively and effectively with the CHO and Executive Management Team, utilizing a balanced and collaborative approach to include the perspective of all disciplines involved in the organization’s services, ensuring the achievement of annual strategic goals, and objectives.
