The EHR Analyst serves as the primary agency contact to investigate and resolve electronic health record (EHR) support requests, as well as assists in general EHR maintenance as required. The EHR department oversees managing all operations for all electronic health record systems, as well as basic training and advanced support for all EHR users. We are a fast-paced, customer-service focused department with a goal to support all programs in providing the best client and patient services as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ongoing resource for EHR management strategic direction and priorities.
  • Fields primary eCW and Welligent support requests through help desk tickets, phone, video, remote, and in-person.
    • This position will not be serving support via in-person contact until further notice. 
    • This position will return to occasional in-person support, as needed, as the COVID situation improves and guidelines (federal, state, city, and internal) allow for such contact. 
  • Provides on-site guidance and instruction for EHR users as needed.
  • Resolves and troubleshoots encountered problems and provides daily operational program assistance.
  • Identifies and communicates with appropriate parties to ensure that the most relevant variables are considered when resolving support requests. 

Support: Daily resolution of incoming Welligent and eCW Web Help Desk tickets; communicates and cooperates with HR360 IT EHR management and wider team around all Welligent and eCW technical and maintenance issues; as well as general support needs. 

Process: Collaborate with full EHR Support team on trending system issues and work to proactively address these issues; collaborate with the EHR Training Team to illuminate potential training needs; collaborate with various other internal departments to ensure quick, accurate and efficient resolution of support and future configuration needs.  Attends and participates in department staff, and support meetings, in-service programs, and agency meetings as appropriate.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • Strong understanding of basic PC and common software resolution strategies.

Desired:

  • BA or BS degree
  • Background in client/customer service and/or support.  

Knowledge

  • Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.
  • Healthcare, EHR environment, and general help desk software operations.

Skills and Abilities

Desired:

  • Experience working successfully in an environment with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
  • Understanding of and experience in non-profits.
  • Behavioral health field experience preferred.
  • Specific experience with Windows operating system, Welligent, LogMeIn, Microsoft productivity software (Teams, Office [Word, Excel, Access, Outlook], OneNote), Zoom.
  • Highly interested in anyone with an existing background in eCW (eClinicWorks)
Compensation: $55,000.00-$60,000.00
