The EHR Analyst serves as the primary agency contact to investigate and resolve electronic health record (EHR) support requests, as well as assists in general EHR maintenance as required. The EHR department oversees managing all operations for all electronic health record systems, as well as basic training and advanced support for all EHR users. We are a fast-paced, customer-service focused department with a goal to support all programs in providing the best client and patient services as possible.
