Job Overview

The Contracts Department at HealthRIGHT 360 is looking for a self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational abilities, who is eager to learn more about taking projects from start to finish. The wealth of services that HR360 provides, are detailed in each of our service contracts. The Junior Project Manager (JPM) will utilize the information contained in service contracts to assist the MDCI in planning, organizing, and rolling out program services, in compliance with contract specifications, and within deadline. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for people looking for a career in nonprofit management, healthcare administration, etc. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit in with HR360’s collaborative culture. This is a remote work position (must be a CA resident).

Key Responsibilities

The JPM will work closely with the VP to implement new programs, communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that all parties are operating with optimal efficiency, in order to best serve our clients. This will include scheduling meetings with departments, both internally and externally, to assure that new programs are functional within the time frame mandated by the contract and will meet scope of services requirements. The JPM will document meeting minutes, and work with the VP to ensure action items are tracked and completed. Attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and follow-through are key.

  • Monitor and update detailed project plans to track progress for contract implementation.
  • Update and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Utilize the project timeline and track project performance, specifically to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term tasks requisite for successful program implementation.
  • Report regularly on the progress of the project and ensuring that it is staying on the approved schedule.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly to the project team and provide support, as needed.

 

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels of the organization, including working with organization leadership and high-level representatives of partner organizations and funders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management capability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to, comprehend dense, bureaucratic government documents, extract relevant information, and clearly, simply articulate relevant components to key staff during the program implementation process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking and juggling concurrent projects.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule; some evenings required.
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative and enthusiasm, and willingness to pitch in whenever needed.
Compensation: $60,000.00-$62,000.00
