Prototypes Bridge housing is a 50 bed transitional living environment. Monitor works within a multi-disciplinary environment to provide housing and life skills support to women and women with children.
Registered SUD Counselor and/or AA in related field
Maintaining floor activities during the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Regularly assess the unit situations as they arise.
Be available to assist clients who have personal problems or sleeplessness.
Regularly do rounds through all apartents to make sure clients are safe and are in their assigned beds. (including children).
Check all areas in chart room for any filing that may need to be done.
Make sure all passes are put out on time for morning shift
Immediately inform Manager on Call of a situation that is necessary and/or could need medical assistance.
Document any client activities that arise during the shift.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
A minimum of two years of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting, supportive housing, or related facility.
Basic understanding of child development, child abuse, substance abuse and self sufficiency issues.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
California Driver's License with proof of insurance.
