HealthRIGHT 360 is a rapidly growing non-profit agency located across 13 different counties in California. HealthRIGHT 360 provides an array of medical and behavioral health services to some of the most vulnerable populations, ranging from primary care, mental health services, detox, substance use disorder treatment in both residential and outpatient settings, and transitional services for the criminal justice population. HealthRIGHT 360’s primary care health clinics include Haight Ashbury Free Clinics (two locations), Lyon Martin Health Services, Women’s Community Clinic, Tenderloin Health Services, and a dental clinic.

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a highly driven Senior Recruiter to lead the recruiting efforts for our primary care clinics. If you’re intrinsically motivated and thrive in fast-paced, mission driven environment, then we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle technical recruiting for Primary Care Providers (Physicians and Mid-Levels) and other targeted recruiting search needs
  • Identify and source technical candidates using a variety of strategies including local colleges and universities, referrals, careers fairs, job boards, internal database, etc.
  • Utilize a variety of strategies to recruit both passive and active candidates
  • Complete thorough screening process, including detailed phone screen, in-person interview, reference checks, and issue technical evaluation
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews with candidates
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience to ensure Providers are advocates of HealthRIGHT 360 regardless of whether they receive a Job Offer
  • Manage candidates through the hiring process
  • Provide status updates to internal team on position and candidate progress
  • Collaborate with Management teams to understand hiring needs and goals and keep key stakeholders updated on recruiting metrics
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity expectations
  • Suggest and implement on-going improvements to recruitment processes

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience combined with strong knowledge of the medical industry (required)
  • Strong knowledge of advanced recruiting tactics including using social media to find candidates (required)
  • In-house recruitment experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates
