Supervising Care Coordinator - 6th Street Residential

Job Overview

The Supervising Care Coordinator is responsible for direct supervision of program staff.  Through supervision and training, the Supervising Care Coordinator ensures that all aspects of the clinical process are functioning efficiently and in compliance with contracts and licensing regulations for the program. 

In coordination with the Program Manager/Director, ensures that all clinical processes occur. Periodically assists in facilitating groups and individual counseling session, and/or conflict resolutions. In accordance with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements, ensures that staff maintains accurate documentation on all clients. Perform regular audits to ensure contract compliance. Ensures that clients are in compliance with their service/treatment plans, and reviews and approves the plans. Coordinates with staff to correct all Electronic Health Records (EMR) discrepancies within a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for direct supervision and training of Care Coordinators and Monitors. 
  • Coordinates clinical and staff schedules. Leads staff meetings in conjunction with the Program Manager/Director to address personnel matters, program and operational issues, and to assist in resolving problems that may exist. 
  • Handles aspects of management, including direct supervision and mentoring of subordinate staff. 
  • Managerial activities may include but are not limited to, hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating.  

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Drug and Alcohol Certification recognized by ADP.  
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory role. 
  • At least four years of experience working in a residential treatment setting.  
  • High School diploma or equivalent.  
  • Valid California driver’s license. 
  • First Aid Certified within 60 days of employment. 
  • CPR Certified within 60 days of employment.

Compensation: $42,000.00
