The Training Department is a small, but mighty, part of the Human Resources Department. We are passionate about professional development; responsible for supporting programs with meeting their training needs and associated documentation requirements; work to ensure a safe environment for all persons served, personnel, and other stakeholders; and are committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the process. The Training and Safety Assistant is responsible for administrative tasks related to HealthRIGHT 360’s Training Department and Health & Safety Program. The Training and Safety Assistant supports the Training and Safety Manager by ensuring the documentation of in-person, distance learning, and online learning activities as well as assisting with in-person trainings and maintaining user accounts in the Relias online learning management system. The Training and Safety Assistant also plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of our programs by tracking safety drills, collaborating with Health & Safety Representatives to ensure all emergency preparedness documentation is current, and emergency supplies are onsite. Duties also include assisting in the development of materials for both training and safety purposes, which will include keeping our SharePoint Intranet up to date.
