You will be working in a women and children's long term residential program. Because the position is for overnight, the pace will be significantly slowed down. However, this environment is very fast paced. The person that is hired for this position must be able to stay awake all night and complete assigned duties while ensuring the safety of the program. Everyone in the program is on State parole, so the safety aspect of the position is critical at the facility.

Prototypes Women's Center-Oxnard provides detoxification and residential substance abuse treatment to women. Our program is unique in that women can bring their children in.

Responsible for supervision of clients, evaluating immediate client need, responding to client needs, and directing them to services into treatment with them, so they do not have to separate from their children to get services. Our goal is to help stabilize women in their recovery and transition them to outpatient services, stable housing, a new support group and employment/school.
