The Facility Cook supervises and executes food preparation, ordering, and shopping, consistent with quality/budgetary objectives of the agency. Through oversight, planning and organizing, the facility Cook is responsible for ensuring all food services functions at the facility are executed. Function: Resource Center

The Resource Center Manager coordinates the delivery of Enhanced Case Management including Medical, employment services, housing services, linkage to medical case management, and community referrals provided by the Resource Center. The primary duty of the Resource Center Manager is to ensure that high quality services are being provided to all patients. The Resource Center Manager ensures that patients receive timely, comprehensive, integrated medical, employment, and housing services, etc, and referrals to appropriate agencies.
