The Resource Center Manager coordinates the delivery of Enhanced Case Management including Medical, employment services, housing services, linkage to medical case management, and community referrals provided by the Resource Center. The Resource Center Manager ensures that patients receive timely, comprehensive, integrated medical, employment, and housing services, etc, and referrals to appropriate agencies.

The SFVIP is a street outreach and crisis response initiative to reduce and intervene in street violence in the City and County of San Francisco. The SFSVIP consists of three components: street outreach, crisis response, and public education and community mobilization.
