Do you have experience with mental health counseling?  Are you bilingual in Vietnamese?  Are you registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences?  Are you passionate about helping people make and sustain change in their lives?  If so, HealthRIGHT 360 is currently looking to fill a clinician II or III position opening at our Project Phoenix program in San Jose, CA!  The ideal candidate has experience with counseling (mental health, behavioral health, co-occuring disorders, substance use disorders), MediCAL documentation, and case report documentation and health record systems.  In this position you will gain understanding of the dynamics of co-occuring and integrated services, as well as training in and implementation of multiple evidence-based models (BBS hours sign-off available!).  Sound interesting? The clinician will be serving adult clients who are a participating in mental health treatment services.  Clients will range from Level 1 to Level 3 needs, with many needing co-occurring treatment services.  The clinician provides individual and group therapy based on individualized assessments and treatment planning. Intensity of services is based on the client's stage of change and response to treatment.  The environment is enriching and nurturing for staff and clients alike, and while fast-paced and challenging, it is also very rewarding.
