Co-occurring Disorder and Substance Use Disorder Services at Twin Towers Correctional Facility: provides co-occurring disorder and substance use disorder treatment for men at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles County. The program is designed to provide trauma informed, client-centered treatment that simultaneously addresses participants’ substance use disorder and mental health needs.
Services include:
- Screenings for mental health, substance use, trauma, and domestic violence risks/needs
- Full assessments to determine appropriate level of care, SUD treatment, and post-traumatic stress needs
- Individualized treatment planning
- Individual and group counseling
- Re-entry planning
- Case management
- Post-release transportation
This program is funded by Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
