HealthRIGHT360's Tenderloin Health Services photography group, "Snapping Back” was started in June, 2016 as a way to explore creatively both the world and the body in which we live.
Clients from our clinic were given disposable black and white cameras and participated in a 12 week photography course exploring issues important to them. Each, with the support of the others in the group, developed their own themes and produced a final project. The results will be on display on the 2nd floor of HealthRIGT360’s 1563 Mission St building beginning Thursday November 9, 2017 from 5:30-8:30 PM at the gallery opening.
We would like to thank the Saint Francis Foundation for their financial sponsorship of this ongoing project as well as healthRIGHT360 for allowing this project come to life.
