A Program of HealthRIGHT 360
HealthRIGHT360 works in the Solano County Adult Probation division to provide outpatient substance use disorder services in group and individual format. In addition, initial mental health services are provided for adults with mild to moderate mental health issues.
HealthRIGHT 360 also provides assessment and screenings, linkages and navigation to primary care, social supports, and transitional care planning. The goal is to help people involved with the probation department to engage in care, stay engaged in care, and take control of their health. HealthRIGHT360 is contracted with the Solano County’s Adult Probation division to provide these services. Some of these services may be available via telephone and video conference.
