At HealthRIGHT 360, we firmly uphold the belief that health care is a RIGHT, not a privilege. Our agency is built on its legacy as a beacon for social justice and health equity. We are leaders and advocates of public policies and practices that decriminalize substance use, mental health conditions, and people in financially impoverished communities. We stand in solidarity to improve equal access to care, emphasizing harm reduction and culturally relevant services. We recognize that systemic racism contributes to disparities in health outcomes, requiring us to take a radically different anti racist approach. HealthRIGHT 360 is unwavering in our commitment to fostering equitable and inclusive environments where our diverse workforce feels a sense of belonging and connection to our mission. As a health justice organization, we center diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles into all aspects of our work, striving for equitable systems that help participants transform their lives.

Our steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) is at the core of our HealthRIGHT 360 Organizational Strategic Plan. Our targets are to address client health disparities, deliver culturally responsive client services, support inclusion and belonging in our diverse workforce, and build equitable and sustainable systems. Our Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Michelle Rosemond leads DEIB strategies, objectives, and goals throughout the agency. She stands at the intersection of social action and compassionate care to advance equitable practices, racial justice, and quality services for participants to thrive. Her collaborative approach fosters an inclusive environment where diverse voices contribute to our transformative journey.

HealthRIGHT 360 stands at the forefront with a rich legacy pioneering culturally responsive programs. We acknowledge and address the challenges faced by people of color in accessing quality healthcare due to historical and ongoing racism, misalign cultural frameworks of wellness, and a disconnection with communities. We design programs to address the unique cultural needs, values, and perspectives of specific communities we serve. Among our offerings are the African American Healing Center, Asian American Recovery Services, Acceptance Place (LGBTQ+ community), and Cultural Brokers.

We are proud of our iDARE (Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism, Equity) Steering Committee, navigating our agency wide DEIB strategy. The purpose of iDARE is to provide leadership, take action, and hold the organization accountable to building an environment that is anti-racist, diverse, inclusive, safe, and equitable in culture and practice in all aspects of the work of HealthRIGHT 360. The vision of iDARE is to eliminate discrimination and intentionally create a culture at HealthRIGHT 360 where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging is respected and valued.

Our iDARE name represents our values.

  • Inclusion: “Nothing about us without us”; We value strategic inclusion of the community
and stakeholders to inform decision-making, gather feedback, and build trust and
confidence in full transparency of the process.
  • Diversity: We are committed to diversity of culture, experience, and thought of all
where acceptance and contribution are not determined by race, class, gender, ability,
    sexual orientation, faith, etc.
  • Anti-Racism: We take action against racism and the systemic oppression of marginalized
groups and the elimination of discrimination in all its forms at all organizational levels.
