Men’s Residential SUD Services (890 Hayes)

A Program of Walden House

The Men’s Residential program at 890 Hayes provides residential SUD services (ASAM levels 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5), MAT, mental health services, harm reduction, peer support, and care coordination. Clients at 890 Hayes have access to withdrawal management (ASAM level 3.2) through the primary care clinic at the Integrated Care Center (1563 Mission St.). 890 also hosts the Acceptance Place residential program for males who identify as gay, bisexual, or transgender. Clients of Acceptance Place have access to all the same services listed above.

If you or someone you know—a family member, friend, or community member—is in need of withdrawal management or residential SUD treatment, please submit a referral using the link provided. 

Walk-ins are welcomed M-F 8:30 am-3:00 pm at 1563 Mission Street, 4th floor. Early morning arrival is encouraged for all walk-ins. The intake department is closed on holidays.
