A Program of HealthRIGHT 360
As an extension of HealthRIGHT 360’s Integrated Care Center, the Mobile and Street Medicine Program provides medical services through two main delivery models.
The first is a mobile medical van equipped with two private exam rooms, a triage area, and the capacity to provide a wide range of medical services.
The second is Street Medicine, in which care is delivered directly in the community, on the street, or wherever patients reside, with the medical team carrying medical supplies in backpacks to meet patients where they are.
The Mobile and Street Medicine program provides urgent and primary care, screenings, wound care, vaccinations, labs, and case management.
